Warning! Please be careful when booking budget/economy room. This room is located at the stairs which is the smallest room I have ever experienced. It does not have a balcony and the room is so small that you have 40cm around the bed to walk. Opening large suitcase is not even possible. Then when you request a bigger room be prepared to pay extra money. They only had the best rooms available on our stay and asked extra 50 euros per night for the new room. Budget room images have not been posted anywhere when booking. Its a scam! Otherwise the location is nice at the beach. Breakfast was hams, cheese, bread, olives, fried eggs and watermelon. Same everyday nothing special.

The view was amazing and the location but the bed was too small and they never gave us any soup for 4 days I was washing my hands with my shampoo they never gave us any god damn soup

The hotel is in a very good location right by the beach, with a short walk to Alanya city center. The hotel was okay, but the staff often have difficulty understanding and speaking English. This can make communication a bit challenging and lead to misunderstandings. The room could use a higher standard. In our room, there was no soap, and the hairdryer didn't work at all. The restaurant was decent, but the breakfast was monotonous and not particularly tasty.

adult only for this hotel means nobody live here with children. But Alanya gests with children can rent hear place on the beach or visit restoran. Adult only conseption don't work.

Rooms had old linen sheets and towels (clean, but with old stains, and sheets where pilling) - also they are no way as nice as in the pictures (which, with hindsight, are clearly photoshopped). Breakfast was pretty dissappointing: it finished early (like 10.30), there was cat urine (cleaned, but still) on the flower pots and the food wasn't good (chemical flavoured unfresh orange juice, bred toaster would burn the bread, bad quality cheese.. etc.). Also we asked to keep our bags on our last day after checkout: they didn't have a closet or anything and we were told to just leave them at the entrance..

Good: The location is prime. It is the only hotel close to the sea on Kleopatra beach. The staff is friendly. Concerns: There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom. We were told that all rooms smell that way, and it is related to rain and can not be fixed. Plan on loud music blasting at least until midnight. And I mean BLASTING. The linens are very old. There is an extra daily charge to use the room safe. You only get one key card. The second card is not possible to obtain.

Great place! We really liked our room, but we got lucky the first room didn’t have working lights, and it was tiny and facing a party place. The second one was facing another party, it didn’t interrupt our sleep thankfully. Breakfast is great, the restaurant is facing the beach side. There is a small pool inside, and it was generally a relaxing place.

My 9 days there was awesome. The hotel is so well located ! 30 secondes from the beach, also a small swimming pool which can be useful when you don't want to swim in sea. The restaurant propose great food, I just maybe wanted a bit more turkish specific dishes but anyway the food and breakfast were great. A small shop is also at 50m from the hotel. the cleaning ladies made good work, and people working there were really nice. Overall a really great hotel !
